Silver & gold Ring Box

A client wished to commission a ring using a trillion cut scapolite stone. As the stunning scapolite was a tall stone it seemed impractical to set into a ring so we decided on a special box to keep her rings safe.

Olivia worked with the customer to design the hinged circular box, setting the stone in a gold bezel to enhance its rich yellow colour. The three sets of lined dots flow outwards from the three corners of the trillion edges.

Inside, the box is lined in red felt with two silver dividers to create three ring compartments. For maximum impact the scapolite stone is visible when the box is both open or closed.

The result, a practical yet impactful ring box, showing off the scapolite to its full.
